Job Details
A modern retail store chain with branches in Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Port Harcourt, Enugu, Asaba, Owerri, Uyo, Warri and Ibadan has vacancies for Sales representative Position.
- Ensure high level customer satisfaction through excellent sales service;
- Assist customers in making purchasing decision by giving information on product details, feature, functionality and price.
- Recommend sales strategies to increase sales
- Responsible for proper product merchandizing and ensure products are properly tagged all times. Pricing and features
- Ensure the shop floor is neat and tidy always
- Attend to customers enquires and complaint
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options with customers
- Cross sell products
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Error free transactions/Ability to follow laid down processes for sales initiatives and routine duties
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of SSCE/Diploma or its equivalent in a recognized and approved institution
- Age not more than 30 years.
- A year experience in sales/retail business is an added advantage
- Excellent Oral and written communication skills.

- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
